TERMS OF SALES

 

When you make a purchase, you automatically accept the general conditions of sale.

These conditions are subject to French law.

PRICES OF OUR PRODUCTS:

The prices of our products are indicated on the Site in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs (which will be specified to you when you choose your delivery method).

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the prices of the products are likely to vary between the according to the commercial offers, and that in no case this difference in price could not base a request for reimbursement neither total nor partial (outside of your right of withdrawal applicable under the conditions set out below).

PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

All orders are processed within a maximum of 5 working days following receipt of your payment.

orders placed for delivery before the end of year celebrations must be placed before 21/12/2022 until 3:00 p.m. via Collissimo or Chronopost express to ensure delivery before 24*.

Delivery delays caused by carriers cannot be attributed to us.

The reception times are indicated according to the shipping method chosen, the times are in working days (Monday to Friday).

All announced deadlines may be extended during private sales, promotions or sales; they are announced for information only and are not contractual.

 Please note that it may be extended during peak periods (outlets type operations or during sales periods for example).

In case of delay or absence of delivery, we invite you to contact us:

Once deposited with our carriers, we are in no way responsible for the theft or loss of the package. In this case, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to initiate an investigation into the delivery of your package.

In the event of damage or loss of your package by the carrier, reimbursement is not possible, a return of your package will then be offered to you, your satisfaction being our priority.

Packages not collected at relay points or at the post office with an overdue retention period are not taken back or refundable. If you are unable to recover your package, we invite you to contact us to find a solution.

Delivery times depend on the carrier chosen when placing your order.

PRE ORDER:

All orders including one or more pre-order items will be sent at the same time unless you request it at the time of your order. The dates of receipt of the products are mentioned in the item description, these dates are indicative and may be subject to change.

* For orders with guaranteed delivery containing one or more products in pre-order: partial shipment must be requested from our customer service department at serviceclient@laboutiquebozine.fr

 

CUSTOMIZATION:

the products are prepared within 14 working days.

Contractual right to cancel your order:

European regulations which provide for a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of a customer's order to notify the seller of his desire to return any product that does not suit him. The customer must then return his product without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of his purchase.

FEEDBACK:
 

You have the option of returning any product to us for an exchange within twenty (20) days from the date indicated on the proof of receipt.

In the event of a return for a refund, you must return the products to us within fourteen (14) days, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the returned products on the payment method used for the order concerned by the return within within 14 working days.

For products benefiting from a promotion (including promotional code on influencer marketing operation) this period is reduced to seven (7) days.

Products purchased with a reduction of -50% or more, products in the last chances section, offers 1 bought = 1 offered are neither taken back nor exchanged.

For orders delivered by Mondial Relay, the withdrawal period takes effect from the date your package is made available to the relay of your choice.

Returns are offered only during the periods indicated on the website at the time of payment and on the home page on specific dates or from a certain purchase amount.

You must imperatively send us by email at serviceclient@laboutiquebozine.fr, your proof of return (the carrier's stamp being authentic) mentioning the tracking number, our return address and the contact details used when placing your order.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will automatically be subject to a credit note.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

Once the package has been returned in good condition and respecting the instructions above, Bozine will refund the amount corresponding to the item(s) within 15 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund or the creation of your credit note.

If an error or a defect on the product is found, the customer's return costs will be refunded. This error must be reported within 24 hours after notification of delivery of your package.

 

When using a gift card or a credit note, the refund is fully credited to the latter.

 

REFUSAL OF RETURN:

Bozine reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

-When the return label and the package are sent beyond 14 days after the date of receipt of your order

- When the item is not returned in its original packaging and condition or in poor condition

-When the package is not shipped to the address mentioned above.

All parcels whose stamp shows a date greater than 14 days will be refused.

FREE RETURN

To benefit from the free return that we take care of, you must contact us to receive your return transport voucher. In the event that your return is made by you, it will remain your responsibility.

DEFECTIVE ITEM :

If your item has a defect, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package via our contact form available on our site, our team will find a solution.

 

What if we disagree?

We do not want it, but it can happen that we disagree!

Please note that our T&Cs are subject to French law, and that your orders are subject to the T&Cs in force on the day of your order.
